Imagine two brothers starting with a bicycle factory but attaining success in the automotive industry. It may seem unlikely but John Francis Dodge and Horace Elgin Dodge did it. Their great contributions have made it possible for their names to be etched in the annals of automotive history. In the beginning of their career, the Dodge brothers were working together with Henry Ford. They also helped Oldsmobile design motor parts in its early days. By 1914, the Dodge brothers became independent and opened Dodge Brothers Motor Vehicle Company. In their first year, they introduced the Old Betsy, which is a rugged car built for reliability and durability.

Today, Dodge maintained that reliability and durability even if the company is not really owned by a descendant of the Dodge brothers anymore. One evidence is the Dodge Stratus. The Dodge Stratus is a mid-size 4-door sedan and was introduced in 1995. The Stratus was introduced along with the Chrysler Cirrus and Plymouth Breeze, collectively known as the Cloud cars.

Dodge Stratus parts make the Stratus distinguishable from the rest. One of them is the vehicle's grille. Grilles are basically openings in the bodywork of a vehicle that allow air to enter. Most vehicles, like the Dodge Stratus, feature a grille at the front of the vehicle to allow air to flow over the radiator and cool the engine compartment. Other vehicles have grilles below the front bumper or in front of the wheels, which are intended to help cool the brakes. Some vehicles have them in the cowl for cabin ventilation or on the rear deck lid for rear engine vehicles. There are also some cars that have tiny grilles which are not positioned to duct air through the radiator. These are actually horn grilles, which enable the sound of the horn to be heard forward quite clearly. As one of the many helpful Dodge Stratus parts around, the grille also adds plus points to the exterior feature of the car. Some motorists even go to the extent of replacing the grille even if they don't need to, replacing it for aesthetic reasons. There are also customized grilles to really boost the design of the car. Aside from the grille, other Dodge Stratus parts also need to be cared for to ensure the continuous top performance of the vehicle.
