If you are at a social gathering and feeling cold, curl the toes of the foot inside your footwear. Try to be at a moderate temperature while moving near the heater. Avoid taking alcohol. Use of mild soaps will help the skin to glow. Before using any soap, look out for its detergent and moisture content. Soak your body in tub weekly or fortnightly so that the body can absorb a good amount of water through its pores.
Check out for any sign of rashes or patches on your body while bathing or changing. If the patches are growing in reddish color, the tenderness persists and irritation is escalating, just consult your physician without any delay.
Smidgen your skin on the wrist, if it crumples and goes down gradually, the body is dehydrated. Increase the intake of water. The fluids like water, if taken in excess, do not harm the body. The use of rest room will be a little more. Do not forget to drink water in winters too. The quantity of intake should be same as in summers or in the spring. Drink water, even if you don’t feel like to have it.
Do exercise at regular intervals. It helps out you to burn superfluous calories and fat and the most importantly keeps you fit. The flow of blood through the capillaries increases by exercising and brings a blush on the face.
